01What you’ll be responsible for
- Organising the area’s work, from the plan to precise execution
- Setting clear tasks for the team and helping people achieve them
- Keeping production metrics under control and driving their improvement
- Training, supporting and developing employees
- Ensuring safety, discipline and order in the area
- Building effective cooperation with other departments
- Finding and implementing solutions that make processes faster and more efficient
