Heat transfer fluid for towel rails

Heat transfer fluid for filling Mario towel rails. It is a frost resistant propylene glycol based liquid with a freezing point of -30 °C, intended for towel rails with a wet heating element (water towel rail plus electric heating element). Compared with distilled water it has better thermal conductivity, does not freeze at sub-zero temperatures and does not cause oxidation.
