What is INOX and why did Mario switch to it?
INOX is stainless steel. We chose it for its durability, hygiene, corrosion resistance and refined look. We use high-quality European steel from Outokumpu (Finland) and Acerinox (Spain).
Which finishes and colours are available?
Surfaces are polished or brushed (satin). Colours: matt black, matt white, gloss white, bronze, gold (lacquer), satin gold, graphite, light gold, light satin gold and gunmetal. Coloured models are made to order.
Do you make towel rails in custom sizes?
Yes, non-standard sizes can be made to order. Please check lead times and options with a manager.
How are the products welded and how is quality controlled?
Joints are made using TIG, laser and resistance welding. Every unit is tested — water models at a pressure of 22 atm, electric models at 1500 V — and marked with the brand stamp.
Warranty and service
What warranty do Mario products have?
Mario was the first company in Ukraine to offer a lifetime warranty on water towel rails. The electrical components have a separate warranty — please check the terms with your retailer or a Mario manager.
Is after-sales service available?
Yes, Mario provides service support for its products. For maintenance questions, contact a manager or the brand support team.
Electric and dual-fuel models
How can a water towel rail be converted to dual-fuel?
To convert a water model to dual-fuel, a heating element is installed and the rail is connected with suitable valves or a T-piece. The exact kit depends on the model — a manager will help you choose.
Can the timer controller or the cable be placed on the left?
Yes — thanks to the connector, the power connection can be moved to either side. Please check compatibility for your specific model.
What is inside electric towel rails?
Electric models run on a heat-transfer fluid; some models use “dry” heating element technology. The heating type depends on the series.
