Working with retail outlets and partners

• Regular visits to partners' retail outlets (planned 1–2 times a week)
• Communicating with sales staff, managers and store heads
• Gathering feedback on products, range, pricing, promotions and service
• Mystery shopping followed by recommendations

Monitoring brand presence

• Assessing product displays, POS materials and compliance with brand standards
• Checking the availability of the range, new products and key SKUs
• Analyzing brand and competitor presence in retail outlets

Running promotional activities

• Evaluating promotion effectiveness (execution, impact on sales)

Analytics and reporting

• Collecting and organizing data from retail outlets
• Analyzing share of shelf, brand presence and competitor activity
• Preparing reports with conclusions and suggestions for improvement
• Developing recommendations for the marketing and sales teams

Developing partner relationships

• Taking part in partner events (store openings, events and presentations)
• Recommending improvements in cooperation with partners
